The Lindisfarne Centre for the Study of Christian Persecution was launched in November 2022 and exists to help governments, international bodies, media, churches and other Christian organisations understand the persecution of Christians in Islamic contexts. We aim to not only describe what is happening, but also explain why it is happening and provide an analysis of how it is likely to spread in the next few years.
We currently have the following volunteer roles
Marketing and social media co-ordinator (voluntary)
(5-10 hours per month)
We are currently seeking a volunteer with professional experience in marketing and/or social media for a minimum of 5-10 hours per month.
It is a genuine occupational requirement that the person must be a committed evangelical Christian who seeks to live their life according to the teaching of the Bible.

Trustee with specific responsibility for finance
Due to the current finance trustee stepping down after 2 years in the role, during which the organisation has become established and officially launched, we are looking to appoint a new finance trustee.
The trustees meet (currently by Zoom) four times a year and also meet in between meetings for times of prayer.
